When looking for a quote for a full building survey Flettons were by far the cheapest and most competitive, therefore I was sceptical as to the quality of the survey that would be carried out. After further investigation and examination of their sample survey online I decided to use them as it seemed to be inline with other surveyors The survey was carried out promptly (within 24 hours of being instructed) and I then received a summary of findings of the following day prior to receiving the full survey. This was very useful as gave an indication of the areas to concentrate on in the full report. The full survey was then received a week later and was extremely detailed and well presented, can’t fault it any way. Another nice feature is I was able to directly contact the surveyor of my property via whatsapp, this was extremely convenient and allowed for quick answers to any queries I had while at work rather than having to get hold of someone on the phone. Highly recommended company and will use them again in the future.
