Mathilda and Ed Simmons

SImon at Flettons was brilliant. He gave us a really thorough and easy to understand survey, that was done to a much higher standard than other sample survey I was sent. The colour coding system made it very easy to follow, and I really felt he didn’t miss a thing when it came to the house. He was always available when I called to ask him anything, and gave me really helpful analysis and answers to all of my queries. He was very patient friendly and polite, and went completely above and beyond, he even helped explain another survey to me from a drains specialist as I couldn’t understand it, and couldn’t get hold of that surveyor. Flettons were also competitively priced, so you got really good value for money. I would highly recommend Simon’s services
