Simon produced an absolutely fantastic survey. Very thorough and well presented making the vast amount of information easy to digest. The traffic light system used to identify the urgency of repairs was particularly helpful, as was the estimate repair costs which helped with price negotiations. My estate agent even said it was the best survey he’d ever come across! Would highly recommend!!!
