I am impressed with the level of detailed information given and I must say it is well beyond my expectations. Each and every part of the area of the property were inspected. It also highlights some of the areas that requires immediate attention which I used this to renegotiate the asking price for the property. I also had to call and discuss with the surveyor post the survey and we managed to run through all the questions I had. All the information were explained thoroughly and professionally. It was also so easy to talk to the surveyor. Also despite the fact that I was informed inadvance about the time frame the survey will take, I was inpatient to get it done as quickly as possible. However, now it made me realise that it was well worth the wait. Thanks to all Flettons team.
